CareSource announced that it will exit the Indiana Marketplace and discontinue its D‑SNP plan in Georgia starting in 2027. Members will keep full benefits through December 31, 2026, and can still enroll for 2026. During fall Open Enrollment, affected members will need to choose a new plan to avoid any interruption in coverage.
